New Build Rough-In
What is a Rough-In?
A rough-in is outfitting your home with the proper piping required to install a central vacuum system that goes through the flooring of the upper levels of the house and throughout the main floor, stopping before the basement. A rough-in extension extends the upstairs or main floor install into the mechanical room or location of the vacuum.
We rough-in new homes for conventional central vacuum as well as Chameleon central vacuum systems. We can rough in unfinished or finished houses; please email us directly with your proposed building floor plan and we will provide a free estimate.
